A Norwegian citizen has, according to the Norwegian police, raised NOK 200 000 for the Somali islamist group Al-Shabaab. The 40 year old man has also cultivated contacts in Sweden and in Great Britain. This s to be the first time a Norwegian citizen is accused of financing terrorism.
