On the orders of Dr.Gilbert's hero Abu Jihad, Dalal Mughrabi led the 1978 Coastal Road Massacre in which 37 Israeli civilians were killed and 71 people were wounded
On April 12th state television NRK let Dr.Mads Gilbert voice his support and admiration for Abu Jihad, the engineer of the 1978 Coastal Road Massacre in which 37 Israel civilians were killed. Today NRK again cast doctors Mads Gilbert and Erik Fosse as heroes.
Today the doctors visited Anne Grosvold’s program “Takk for sist”. They were as usual given ample room to expand on their political sympathies and their love of humanity. It is worthwhile to repeat som salient points concerning these two gentlement:
1) Mads Gilbert is an admirer of Abu Jihad, who orchestrated the 1978 Coastal Road Massacre in which 37 civilians were killed and many were injured (NRK April 12th 2010).
2) Mads Gilbert has blocked the Norwegian government from allocating physicians to Norwegian soldiers in Afghanistan (Aftenposten April 22nd 2010)
3) Mads Gilbert has claimed that the 2008/2009 war in Gaza was “worse” than the Warsaw ghetto. He has since denied making such a statement, and is recently making comparisons to My Lai (January 12th 2009)
4) Mads Gilbert constantly fabricates, exaggerates and obfuscates reality, as in this example where he compares Israelis to Nazis (December 28th 2009)
5) Mads Gilbert expressed understanding for Al-Qaida after the 9/11 bombing (See January 20th 2009).
6) Erik Fosse has supported Khomeini’s revolution in Iran (October 19th 1985).
7) Erik Fosse and Mads Gilbert have written “Eyes in Gaza”, in which they claim that the IDF during the 2008/2009 war in Gaza “deliberately targeted children” (December 26th 2009)
The fact that state broadcaster NRK can continue to present these two doctors as heroes speaks volumes for the political situation in this country.
You should read Fosse and Gilbert’s book “Eyes in Gaza” and you will see that all these assertions stated here are Israeli war propaganda.
