Life in Norway is not all sunshine and roses. Sometimes tough decisions need to be made.
As luck has it, the Norwegian media corps usually manages to stay on top of the situation. Verdens Gang journalist Anders Park Framstad reports: Duck gets police escort to cross the road.
Summary: The Israeli Embassy’s neighbor, the Norwegian Prime Minister, has a somewhat unusual guest; a family of ducks living in his garden in the PM’s mansion in Parkveien. Now, this feathery family receives police escort to cross the road.

Notice that when the ducks are attacked by a cat, the ducks receive police protection. In contrast, when the Israeli embassy (also located in Parkveien) is attacked by thugs, the Israeli embassy is forced to relocate to a less prestigious place where attacks on them won’t be out of place.
