Some sorry sod actually thinks this is unbiased, and correct information, suitable to small children…. I read in todays Times of Israel that some blogger have started a BBC watch blog… BBC is infinitely much better than the NRK in quality, content and though hard to believe, much more balanced….

Lifted from NRKsuper.no (specialized in children…)

People say that the man who has a Jewish mother is a Jew, and that all is as much a Jew even if they are religious or not.
This belief is held by many because Jews have such strong traditions and shared history.
There are more than thirteen million Jews throughout the world, but the vast majority live in the U.S., Canada and Israel.
Jews believe that there is only one God who created all people and the world.
They believe that God has given them some duties that others do not have and that the Messiah (the Savior) may one day come to earth. It is very important for Jews to follow the commandments of the Torah, which is the religious book
The synagogue, the Jewish  church, is important to them, but it is in the home that all traditions are taught to the children.
Community-based values
Judaism, Christianity and Islam are said to be related because they have so much in common.
All three religions believe that God created the world and mankind.
They believe that God has told people who He is and what is His will. This is stated in the religion’s holy books.

Both in Judaism, Islam and Christianity, it is important to ask.
Abraham is an important figure in all three religions.
God has sent prophets to mankind.
Jerusalem is a holy city for Jews, Christians and Muslims.
