Hanne Nabintu Herland challenges mired mindsets in the MFA

Aftenposten 2013 01 15 p 6

Hanne Nabintu Herland, Not Online

Torgeir Larsen, Junior Minister (Labor) admits in Aftenposten to Norwegian authorities having closed their eyes to the realities of the Middle East.

This must lead to tangible changes in foreign policy in order to be of real value.

In my op-ed on December the 20th, I state that Norwegian check book diplomacy de facto was supportive of terrorist organizations with significant intolerance directed at Christians, Jews and gays.

We donate 700 Million NOK to the PA annually. What are these sums spent on?

Recently, remuneration for suicide bombers was tripled.

The man killing 30 Israelis in 2002, by now receives 20 000 NOK a month, according to Times of Israel.

ITIC figures show the Palestinians having conducted 25770 terrorist attacks, 147 suicide attacks leading to 1100 dead Israelis and 7500 wounded between 2000 and 2005 alone. Fatah conducted 214 acts of terrorism in 2003-2004 alone.

Gross corruption charges are directed at the PLO; already by 1992 the richest terrorist organization of the world, according to NCL, having assets of two Billion dollars, an annual income of two Billion dollars, having secretly invested 50 billion dollars by 1999.

As late as 1996, Yasser Arafat stated, three years after his Nobel award, that the Palestinian plan still was to get rid of Israel, according to Arutz.

The PLO’s decision on genocide against the Jews has still not been removed.

The pluralist liberal democracy of Israel is the only in the Middle East where gays are protected legally, having annual gay pride parades and religious liberty.

These we do not support.

The government has been far too influenced by Palestinian propaganda, closing their eyes to what we finance.

Prof, I know that I am a cynic. However, whenever we learn of public figures suddenly joining the hate fest towards Israel, di yu suppose that perhaps some of the corrupt PLO money is being used for insidious purposes? such as buying these figureheads? Od my goodness, decent Norwegans will be shocked no doubt, by my questionning.

Surely, this kind of corruption is below the standards of Norwegian figureheads?

Words of wisdom from Hanne Nabintu Herland. Good to have her in our country.

I was astonished at the moral disconnect shown by the Norwegian intelligentsia.

For being so smart, they sure act dumb, cowered into uniformity of view by the concept of consensus.

If Norway did not have oil, it would suffer an even sorrier state than it occupies, with its insulated perception of reality and overt discrimination against all its 1,500 or so Jews, not to mention the Jewish collective.

To show how sorry it is in Norway, one need only look to the reaction to Breiveg, to make the society less open and tolerant, even as it pretends it is the opposite because it is multicultural in orientation.

Norway is no one to lecture anyone.

In Norway the intelligentsia will never “follow the money”. It’s to say that their freedom fighters are nothing but a bunch of corrupt murderers

oldschool26, if it was not for oil, there is no doubt, Norway would still have to rely on it’s traditional means of support. Fishing, timber and maritime. And it will revert to it’s provincial attitude of one village on one side of the mountain, not knowing what the village on the other side was upto.

Harry, nice to see your point. A pity this young lady cannot be running a proper office in the Storting. Sadly, she communicates the truth and it is ignored or put down by those who control the media.
