Government promises to not ban circumcision

official letter from the Minister of Foreign Affairs to the Simon Wiesenthal Center

Finally, a letter to assuage concerns shared by Norwegian Jews and Muslims. Lets hope the proposed Law will put an end to scandalous manipulations and attempts by the politically correct army of discriminators who will stop at nothing to deny Jews and Muslims alike, to live in accordance with our respective minority religions and cultures.

Letter rabbi Cooper and Mr. Weitzman

Nice talk but the FM has no veto power over Parliament, which seems bent on doing the RIGHT THING and protecting all children equally from forced genital cutting.

hihihihihiih – I think you should study the laws of Parliamentarism before you post your thoughts. Believe me, there will be no ban on circumcision in Norway. And thank you for your efforts for bringing the matter to the front of the public debate. In this way, we – Jews and Muslims in Norway (and elsewhere), can continue to contribute to the society while having our basic human, religious and cultural rights guaranteed.
It is an inherently good thing to have this fundamental practice of identity, belief, and even an anchor into a culture and history, enshrined in Law. You would not believe it, but you may just have done us a great favor!

    McG,

there will not be a band. The great favor Ron Low has done is that he and his alike has made it impossible for secular Jews to stay around them as equal. They just see Jews as victims.

I made Sufganiot yesterday with out egg and milk. A good Israeli friend (she is not fiction Martin, infact she is a Choen) tasted them after the torch walk on MĂžllenpris remembering the 10 Jews that was deported from there on 26/11. She could not believe how good they where. So now I have a big job for Haunnkha that we will celebrate this Saturday in a Jewish home. Have to make 2.5 x 15 Sufganiots.

Changed the rescipe from this book on page 134.
